Floating Dental AssistantHawaii Endodontics is seeking a motivated and reliable Floating Dental Assistant to join our team! This full-time position will primarily support our Aiea and Kapolei offices, with occasional travel to our Honolulu and Kailua locations as needed. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care across multiple practice locations.As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the practice. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and passion for helping others.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and are comfortable traveling between offices, we encourage you to apply!Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Full-time Monday through Friday, alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPrimary Locations: Aiea and Kapolei Occasional Coverage: Honolulu and KailuaBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k) optionsKey Responsibilities:Take digital X-rays with precision and accuracySterilize instruments and ensure treatment rooms are properly sanitizedAssist providers during endodontic proceduresSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsMaintain accurate patient records and documentationSeamlessly transition between clinical and administrative dutiesTravel between assigned practice locations as neededProvide excellent patient care with a friendly and professional demeanorQualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicProficient in taking digital X-rays and sterilizing instrumentsComfortable with scheduling and confirming appointmentsAbility to perform administrative tasks as neededReliable transportation and willingness to travel between officesRecent graduates are welcome to apply
