Are you an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional looking to build a long-term career with real income potential and a path to business ownership?
The Farmers Insurance Mentorship Program is designed for driven Sales Representatives who want more than just a commission-based jobthey want a future.
As a Sales Representative in this program, you will work directly with an experienced Farmers Insurance Agency Owner and receive hands-on training in sales, prospecting, client relationship management, and agency operations. Youll learn proven systems that help you grow a strong book of business while developing the skills needed to run your own agency.
This is a structured career development opportunity that allows you to increase your earning potential while preparing for future agency ownership.

Responsibilities
Prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community involvement
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
Quote, present, and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies
Provide excellent customer service by reviewing coverage, answering questions, and handling policy changes
Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
Learn daily agency operations, including marketing, underwriting basics, and retention strategies
Work closely with a mentor agent to develop sales, leadership, and business management skills
Participate in training, coaching sessions, and professional development activities
Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 6 weeks
Must be comfortable with sales, prospecting, and commission-based income
Must have a strong desire to pursue business ownership and long-term career growth
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Must be able to pass a background check
