We are a dynamic e-commerce business specializing in a diverse range of collectibles, including comics, toys, Funkos, TCG (Trading Card Games), sports cards, and many more! Our company utilizes live streaming on multiple platforms to engage directly with collectors and enthusiasts.

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Associate/Shipper to join our team. This role involves efficiently packing and shipping orders of collectible items in our location. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for maintaining the quality and accuracy of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring items are correctly identified, packed securely, and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and assisting with inventory management tasks.
• Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and shipping deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and fulfilling special requests.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or order fulfillment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
