Lab Customer Support Specialist Critical Results Liaison

Spectrum Health

Corewell Health is seeking a Lab Customer Service Representative I to serve as the initial contact for laboratory customers in a high-stress environment. The role involves answering and triaging calls, gathering information, and documenting in a call tracking system using multiple computer systems to convey critical results. Responsibilities include contacting and documenting critical and stat lab results, handling fax requests in the LIS, and performing other duties as assigned while working #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Health
