Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state
• Experience delivering OT services in school settings
• Familiarity with high school-aged students and their unique developmental needs
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to student-centered care and individualized support

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students' occupational therapy needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Deliver direct OT services to a caseload of approximately 40 high schoolers
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to promote student success
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Advocate for each student's functional participation in classroom activities
• Stay current with professional best practices in school-based therapy
