Graphic Designer

Position Overview As a Graphic Designer , your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and on‑brand graphics for a variety of media that contributes to the overall success of our products and our dealers. This includes the entire process of gathering requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, photos and text. You will execute creative visual aspects of websites, digital marketing, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Responsibilities Must be able to: Conceptualize, create, and execute creative assets for social media, print, web, email and digital marketing while following established brand and style guides for each company Understand and incorporate brand and style guides for our company Create, maintain and update the promotional catalogs, dealer sales catalogs, new promo flyers, product flyers, decals, web part catalogs, illustrations of materials and any other company or dealer presentation materials Produce illustrations, photographs, 3D and illustrative concepts to be used in project layouts, videos, tradeshow design and booth layouts Design packaging for parts and accessories Prepare cost estimates for projects including quality specifications, financial constraints and time schedules for projects Prioritize, track, handle and maintain records of the elements, costs and time schedules for multiple projects Manage, maintain and archive files as needed for projects and supporting files such as photos and illustrations Submit plans/projects, sample layouts and fabricated models for selection and approval incorporating feedback for finished product Work with external vendors in relation to file and graphic requirements Operate a large format printer and laminator including handling and installing large rolls of paper or other print media Other duties as assigned Department Marketing Location Greenbush (Onsite) Reports to Corporate Communications Number of Positions 1 Position Type Full-Time Position Overview As a Graphic Designer , your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and on‑brand graphics for a variety of media that contributes to the overall success of our products and our dealers. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience 4-year degree in Graphic Design/related field or relevant work experience Proficient in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Work well independently as well as in a team environment Attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work while meeting deadlines Innovative and creative mindset Excellent communication and listening skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Composed during stressful situations Work efficiently with the ability to prioritize daily workload Collaborate and build excellent working relationships with cross‑functional teams Preferred Qualifications/Selection Criteria Basic photography experience helpful Knowledge of 3D software helpful Physical Requirements Such As Below Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen, performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head and other parts of the body. May include bending, squatting, reaching and lifting The salary range for this role is $20.00 to $31.00 per hour. The salary range for the position will be determined by several factors, such as the candidate’s previous related work experience, education, knowledge, technical skills, performance and abilities. Additionally, the compensation of employees in similar roles at Central Boiler Companies and the budget allocated for the position will influence the offer.
