Acara Solutions Is Hiring! Acara Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators for a manufacturing opportunity in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience, develop your skills, and grow your career in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do
- Assemble, test, and package electronic and mechanical products according to quality and production standards.
- Follow visual aids, written instructions, and verbal work procedures accurately.
- Move parts and materials to maintain a smooth and organized production flow.
- Rotate between workstations and departments as needed.
- Complete production and department records accurately.
- Notify leadership when processes or methods are out of compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches.
- Ability to use electric and pneumatic tools.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, and move throughout the shift as required.
