The Pickle Factory is looking for a passionate and dependable Sous Chef to join our culinary team in beautiful Pepin, Wisconsin. Located along the lakefront, our restaurant is known for serving creative gastro-style dishes, signature favorites, and providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience. We're not a high-stress, chaotic kitchen. We take pride in creating exceptional food in an organized, energetic environment where people can develop their skills, contribute ideas, and enjoy coming to work. What You’ll Do: Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail Assist with food prep, station setup, and plating Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Follow food safety and portion control standards Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service hours Help ensure every guest receives an exceptional meal experience Skills & Experience We’re Looking For: Experience with broiling, sautéing, and scratch cooking Knowledge of American cuisine and plate presentation Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Bonus Skills (Not Required): Pasta making Seafood preparation Sauce making Grilling techniques Experience with dietary restrictions or special diets Why Join The Pickle Factory?
