Responsibilities
- Independently perform a variety of radiation therapy treatments, simulations, treatment planning, and fabrication of specialized treatment aides under physician direction.
- Proficiently operate a Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and ARIA EMR; manage a high-volume daily caseload (25-30 patients/day).
- Implement treatment modalities including 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and electrons; perform setups for all treatment sites.
- Assess patient status and collaborate with the oncology team to address age-specific needs across the life span.
- Document procedures and outcomes in the electronic medical record with accuracy and attention to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain competency with ongoing changes in treatment protocols and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care.

Requirements
- Active Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a Radiation Therapist required by start.
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T) required.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible imaging technologist/specialist experience.
- Proficiency with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and ARIA EMR.
- Epic EMR experience preferred or ability to learn; onboarding requires arriving the Thursday before start to complete employee health steps.
