Pay Rate: $27.50 / hour
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy your weekends!)
About the RoleAre you a master of organization, a problem-solver at heart, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dynamic Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Prineville, OR and keep our operations running smoothly!
In this role, you’ll be the operational glue—managing inventory, orchestrating shipments, untangling logistics puzzles, and working closely with our incredible team and customers. If you love variety, spreadsheets, and seeing big operational machinery work seamlessly, this is the spot for you!
What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day)Logistics Operations: Support day-to-day operations—from receiving and storing to getting critical shipments out the door.
Customer & Partner Success: Serve as the main contact for client queries, handle escalations with a cool head, and build trusted relationships with FTEs and key stakeholders.
Metrics & Auditing: Keep our operation sharp by completing weekly/monthly performance reports, running operational audits for FacOps, and tracking delivery status.
Order & Inventory Management:
Process order setups (both EDI and manual creation).
Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) ordering and invoice tracking.
Keep EPP orders moving smoothly and on time.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and document 'Opportunities for Improvement' (OFI) to make our processes faster, safer, and smarter.
Gear Up: Get hands-on operating forklifts, electric tugs, and pallet jacks to move gear safely.
Logistics & Customer Service Mindset: You bring a strong background in supply chain, planning, or customer service, with a knack for turning complex issues into easy solutions.
Spreadsheet Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating MS Office, with strong Excel skills under your belt (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends!).
Adaptable & Resilient: You love a fast-moving, dynamic environment and know how to prioritize when multiple things are happening at once.
Equipment Experience: Hands-on experience with a forklift, electric tug, or pallet jack (or ready to roll up your sleeves!).
Physical Stamina: Able to comfortably lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs .
Great Communicator: Clear, friendly, and efficient communication skills across all channels.
Quality Focused: You take pride in high-quality work, ensuring every report and order meets our top-tier standards.
Safety Minded: You put safety first, keeping compliant with all health, environmental, and safety guidelines on-site.
Predictable Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Competitive Pay: $27.50 / hour + Overtime (1.5x after 40 hours/week)
