Operates radiotherapy and radiologic equipment for the treatment of patients and produces radiography (x-rays) of the body for treatment planning purposes. Is also responsible for undertaking dosimetric calculations and is required to fabricate all aspects of lead blocks for treatment purposes.EDUCATIONAssociate’s degree from two-year college or technical school graduation preferred.EXPERIENCEThree years clinical experience in radiotherapy and dosimetric treatments preferred.LICENSURE/CREDENTIALSAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) R.T.(T) credential required.Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification required.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.BENEFITS INFORMATION:Click here for information about our benefits.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement:Olympic Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
