TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Hazard, Kentucky, 41701!

Job Title: PACU RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Hours (07:15 - 17:45) Experience: 2 years of recent PACU experience required License: Active Compact or State License in Hand required at time of submission Certifications: Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Must-Have: - On call every 4th weekend and two nights per week required - Float required within scope of practice - Flu vaccine required; declinations not accepted - Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case-by-case basis Description: The position requires a PACU RN with at least 2 years of recent experience. Candidates must have current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. The PACU RN will be on call every 4th weekend and two nights per week. Floating within the scope of practice is required. Candidates must receive a flu vaccine as declinations are not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions for the flu vaccine will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Patient care ratios may fluctuate based on census and staffing needs. All required documentation must be submitted in a timely manner. Travelers must be willing to work an 84-hour schedule biweekly. Candidates should be aware of the policies regarding time off, holiday commitments, and reference requirements. This position does not accept local candidates and requires compliance with all outlined policies.
