Our Manager Trainee gains knowledge and experiencerequiredfor promotion to higher management positions underdirectionof experienced personnel, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. This entry-level position is purposely designed to be transitory andgenerally lasts6-18 monthsbefore promotion to the next level.
