Capital Markets Associate Attorney

An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience, but will consider 2-6th year associates. Qualified candidates should have substantial experience with public securities offerings, including IPOs, PIPEs, and other structured deals. Additional experience with securities filings and corporate governance highly preferred though not required. The firm has a 1900 billable, though 150 of those hours can come from pro bono and firm citizenship. The firm has a clear path to partnership and a one-tiered partnership.
