Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services aimed at functional recovery. The assignment is a 6-month contract starting from August 31, 2026, with scheduled shifts during daytime hours.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 0 years of experience; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred; experience with outpatient settings required; previous successful assignment with the agency or organization highly desired; previous successful assignment with the organization is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document clinical notes accurately and timely. The role includes participating in student programs, creating professional development plans, and adhering to state practice acts and organizational policies. The candidate must demonstrate competency in clinical reasoning, safety protocols, and performance improvement initiatives.
