What You’ll Do As a Line Cook at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll be immersed in a kitchen where Japanese-inspired techniques meet global flavors . You’ll work alongside a collaborative team, sharpen your knife skills, learn the art of sushi, and help create beautifully crafted dishes that reflect our values and standards.
