Job Title Technology Lead | Insurance | Insurance - ALLWork Location & Reporting Address Springfield, MA 1111Vendor Rate $64.98/Hr.Contract duration 12Target Start Date 24 Apr 2026Job Details:EIS / Insurance Platform Production Support Production Support Analyst Insurance Platforms (EIS preferred, but not must have) Must Have Skills:-Hands-on production support experience on insurance platforms (EIS preferred, not must have), should have technical skills of Java, Springboot, KafkaCandidates without EIS experience are acceptable if they have supported other core insurance platforms (PAS / claims / billing) and have insurance domain knowledgeUnderstanding of insurance business processes (policy lifecycle, endorsements, billing, claims, etc.).Strong communication and vendor management skills.Provide day-to-day production support for insurance platform applications.Coordinate with third party vendors (EIS) for incident resolution.Raise vendor tickets, determine and categorize incident severity, and provide clear problem descriptions.Perform impact analysis, support grid determination/root cause analysis, and chase tickets through to closure.Track, follow up, and communicate status until final resolution or workaround is provided.Work closely with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure SLA adherence.Minimum years of experience8-10 yearsCertifications Needed :NoTop 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and executeProvide day to day production support for insurance platform applications.
