Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and experienced in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Both day and night shifts are available, with an every-other-weekend rotation./ppKey Responsibilities For Both RN LPN Roles:/pulliDeliver resident-centered nursing care with professionalism and empathy./liliAdminister medications and treatments accurately and safely./liliMonitor residents for changes in condition and communicate promptly with the care team./liliMaintain thorough and timely documentation./liliSupport CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members./liliParticipate in shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care./liliUphold infection control, safety standards, and facility policies./li/ulpAdditional RN Responsibilities:/pulliComplete assessments and contribute to individualized care plans./liliProvide clinical oversight to LPNs and CNAs./liliCommunicate with physicians, families, and leadership regarding resident status./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliActive Arkansas RN or LPN license in good standing./liliExperience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred./liliStrong communication and teamwork skills./liliCompassionate, reliable, and committed to resident-centered care./liliAbility to work assigned shift and every-other-weekend rotation./li/ul/div
