Rate: $65-$75/hr C2C
Interview: Virtual

- Must be local to DMV area with DL copy
- LinkedIn with location (before 2022)
- Recent or recent second project must be at the current location
- Looking specifically for a SAFe Certified Business Analyst/Product Owner
- Finance/Banking domain experience is must
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst to support an Azure-based delivery team working within a .NET application environment . This role is highly client-facing and requires strong experience translating business requirements into actionable user stories, managing backlogs, and collaborating with engineering and QA teams.
The ideal candidate will have SAFe certification , strong Azure DevOps experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience supporting software delivery initiatives within financial or banking environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- SAFe certification is required
- Senior-level Business Analyst or Product Owner experience supporting software delivery teams
- Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps including:
- User stories
- Work items
- Defects/bugs
- Backlog management
- Sprint planning support
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
- Experience working with finance or banking domain projects
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams in a .NET application environment
Other Qualifications
- Experience supporting .NET-based application teams
- Background working in regulated or governance-heavy environments
- CSPO or other Agile/Product Owner certifications
- Strong experience creating business requirements documentation and process workflows
