Job Description We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who will support the day‑to‑day processing of the department by researching invoice issues, processing and auditing accounting transactions, resolving issues, and generating reports. Responsibilities Support the day‑to‑day processing of the department by researching invoice issues Manual data entry of invoices in Concur and syteline, as needed Research vendor statements and work to resolve outstanding issues Establish working relationships with internal and external customer/vendors Assist with special projects, as assigned Requirements High school diploma Effective computer skills (Microsoft applications) Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work with minimal direction (independent discretion judgment) Good team player attitude Willingness to learn Ability to focus on detail Benefits As a ProMach employee you receive salary, comprehensive medical, dental and vision programs, life insurance, paid time off, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program.
