Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Accounting Associate to join their dynamic team. Position responsibilities: Prepare/write up full monthly work for standard / less complex clients Prepare/update fixed assets schedules and reconcile to financial statements Communicate with team members for missing items for monthly work Complete period-end and year‑end workpapers Help all other levels when needed Join in on helping facilitate what is needed for the Team as a whole Begin to understand concept of budget and realization goals for both for clients and team Preferred Qualifications: Some experience or college degree (accounting, business, economics, finance, etc.) required Strong attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to be flexible Ability to handle more than one project / task at a time Ability to learn different software and understand how they work and improve the firm in total Ability to think critically Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Etc.
