Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Experience with pediatric populations and familiarity with school-based therapy models
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Dedication to fostering student growth and success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current on best practices
