Overview Inventory Counter / Auditor – Warren, MI. Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring new inventory auditors to be counters for retail merchandise around the Warren, MI area. Our highly motivated employees move up in the company and make great managers. Responsibilities Perform inventory counting and auditing for retail merchandise in assigned districts. Travel to different cities as scheduled to count items at various inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office. Operate 10-key data entry; count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves; stand on step stools, reach, and stoop as needed. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory counts; maintain professionalism and teamwork. Qualifications Be available to work first and/or third shifts; shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours. Reliable transportation to inventory sites within 30 miles of the district office. Ability to travel to different destinations as scheduled. 10-key data entry experience is a plus, but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay is $16.00+, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises based on productivity; higher pay for additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal drivers receive pay for time and mileage. Paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement; many managers began as inventory auditors. Paid transportation to inventory outside a 30 mile radius of your district office.
