Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Oncology

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices and organizational standards. Performs the nursing process, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Partners with patients and families to ensure individualized care that respects cultural diversity. Coordinates safe, effective care through collaboration, documentation, and communication. Supports professional development by completing required training, mentoring others, and participating in quality improvement activities. Promotes research, evidence-based practice, and adherence to policies and safety standards. Contributes to resource planning and protocol development to improve patient outcomes.
