As a Security Officer Entrance Screening in Baytown, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy retail distribution location where you will monitor entry points, manage access control, and patrol assigned areas to help support a secure environment. This role blends strong customer service, communication, and visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, credential verification, and/or entry point screening at the location.
• Monitor inbound and outbound activity at gates, doors, and receiving areas to help support authorized access for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building perimeter, parking areas, and key access points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Document daily activity, access-related events, and incident details, and communicate relevant updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
