$276,000 Annual Compensation (1099)

You'll serve as the sole anesthesia provider in a modern ambulatory surgery center in North Texas, delivering regional and general anesthesia across a variety of outpatient cases. This is a permanent 1099 position built around autonomy, clinical independence, and a schedule that gives you your life back — no call, no nights, no weekends, and consistent early-out days.

• $276,000 annual compensation on a permanent 1099 arrangement
• 7+ weeks off per year — 6 weeks PTO plus 6–7 paid holidays
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with consistent early finishes

• Independently manage anesthesia care for outpatient surgical cases including orthopedics, spine, ENT, ophthalmology, and other ambulatory procedures
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques as a core part of your clinical practice
• Work in a predictable, low-acuity outpatient environment with a streamlined daily caseload
• Finish your day early on a consistent basis, with a schedule designed to support work-life balance

• Board Certified or Board Eligible through NBCRNA
• Eligible for Texas CRNA licensure
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred — training is available for candidates building this skill set
• Comfortable working independently as the primary anesthesia provider
