Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, cloud operations, and project management .

The ideal candidate will lead cloud infrastructure programs, manage cloud transformation initiatives, drive automation strategies, and ensure successful delivery of infrastructure and platform solutions.

The candidate should have a strong combination of technical architecture understanding, cloud infrastructure knowledge, DevOps practices, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale project delivery experience.

Required Experience

• 13+ years of overall IT industry experience.

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience.

• 5+ years of GCP infrastructure delivery experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience managing large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs.

• Experience leading globally distributed infrastructure and platform teams.

• Proven experience delivering successful cloud transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing infrastructure projects involving teams of 15+ resources.

Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GCP infrastructure and cloud transformation projects.

• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.

• Manage project budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance processes.

• Track and report project progress through dashboards, status reports, and leadership reviews.

• Ensure projects are delivered within established timelines and quality standards.

• Drive Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, cloud engineering teams, and leadership.

• Conduct governance reviews and steering committee meetings.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.

• Drive decision-making and issue resolution throughout project execution.

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical and delivery plans.

Team Leadership

• Lead cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, platform teams, and infrastructure specialists.

• Mentor team members and promote technical excellence.

• Conduct resource planning, allocation, and utilization activities.

• Foster collaboration across globally distributed teams and technology partners.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Cloud & Technical Leadership

• Oversee GCP infrastructure delivery and cloud modernization initiatives.

• Partner with engineering teams to implement Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code solutions.

• Promote automation, standardization, and DevOps best practices.

• Ensure infrastructure solutions align with architecture, security, scalability, and operational requirements.

• Identify technical risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation strategies.
