TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Odessa, Texas, 79760!

Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vitals, administering medications, managing ventilators, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license (state or compact)

• Minimum 4 years ICU experience

• BLS & ACLS certifications

• Experience with ventilators, central lines, and critical care equipment

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork
