Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for an adult and geriatric patient population in a medical surgical setting
• Participate in patient and family teaching to support informed care and positive outcomes
• Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and interdisciplinary patient care team members to maintain professional nursing standards
• Float to additional units as needed, including custodial patient assignments with higher patient ratios and lower acuity
• Document and manage patient care using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license or qualifying Compact license
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Must have personal reliable transportation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a regional referral or mid-sized hospital environment
• Comfort with floating assignments and adapting to varying patient acuity levels
