What You'll Be Doing:

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy (or higher)
• CRT or RRT certification and valid Virginia state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional care
• Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
