What you’ll need to be ourBranch Services Representative: High school diploma or GED required, with some College experience preferred Previous experience in a customer-facing and solutions-based role Knowledge of basic math calculations, especially in relation to cash, bills, etc. Basic computer and typing skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel Collaborative and solutions-oriented communication skills Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear communication Ability to effectively utilize resources available to accurately and efficiently solve problems Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus, though not essential for the role A service-oriented relationship builder with an efficient and precise work ethic What you’ll do as theBranch Services Representative: Execute deposit and teller transactions with precision and accuracy Foster customer loyalty through personalized needs assessment and continued service to guide customers toward their financial goals Enhance customer value by identifying potential service opportunities, collaborating across departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to financial solutions Protect bank assets by diligently potential fraud and adhering to security and compliance protocols Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge on bank products, procedures, services, and technology to enhance customer experience Who we are: At Texas Bank and Trust ( ), we commit to providing exceptional financial solutions for our customers and communities.
