Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. RBT certification required before starting work. Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Need to Know Services will be provided in clients’ homes or in community‑based locations. All positions start as part‑time. Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum 6‑month term.
