White Flyer Production Operator

Production Operator Location: Webb City, MO Salary: $22.00/hour (eligible for pay increase after 90 days ($22.50) and 180 days ($23.00) based on active time in position and solid performance review) Current Schedule: 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday Shift Differential: $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift) Target Market: Manufacturing facilities in five states throughout the United States, leader in serving gun clubs and shooters Website: Winchester.com or WhiteFlyer.com Essential Functions Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments. Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment. Transports palletized materials using a forklift. Performs quality checks. Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE. Additional Job Tasks Operates Cast or Paint Machine. Replaces machine tooling, cylinders, and actuators as needed. Ensures raw material reservoirs are maintained. Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior related production line experience preferred. Experience operating a forklift preferred. Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred. Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment. Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
