Bilingual Healthcare Marketing Director - NYC Impact

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) New York City | Onsite Monday-Friday Engage Partners is partnering with a respected and growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving diverse communities throughout New York City to identify a Marketing Director who is passionate about healthcare, community impact, and mission-driven storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare marketing leader to help shape brand strategy, community engagement, public relations, digital communications, and organizational visibility across a highly respected healthcare organization. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving access to healthcare within underserved communities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

To be considered, candidates must possess:

• Marketing coordinator/manager-level experience or equivalent marketing leadership experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency
• Direct experience working within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

The Opportunity Reporting to executive leadership, the Marketing Manager will oversee the organization's marketing, communications, public relations, digital content, community outreach initiatives, and brand management efforts. This individual will serve as a key ambassador for the organization, helping elevate awareness of services, programs, providers, and community initiatives while ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

• Develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives that support organizational goals
• Drive brand awareness and community engagement strategies
• Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on organizational messaging

Public Relations & Media Relations

• Write and distribute press releases
• Build relationships with media outlets and community stakeholders
• Coordinate media opportunities, interviews, and public-facing communications
• Support government and community relations initiatives

Content & Digital Marketing

• Lead social media strategy and content development
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns
• Develop provider spotlights, patient stories, and community impact content
• Manage website content and digital presence

Community Outreach & Events

• Support community events, health fairs, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and outreach initiatives
• Create event marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Capture content through photography, video, and storytelling efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 2-3 years of marketing, communications, or public relations experience within an FQHC
• Experience writing press releases required
• Experience managing social media, digital content, and community engagement campaigns
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital marketing tools preferred
