About Us: Our client located in the city of Santa Ana is a growing leader in the food manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food manufacturing machinery according to safety and quality standards
- Set up machines before production and perform routine equipment checks
- Monitor the production line for issues and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with GMPs and safety standards
- Accurately complete production logs and quality checks
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar industry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and mechanical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices
- Forklift certification a plus
