On-Site Guest Service Agent - On-Call Shifts

Workstream is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the 1st Shift to offer supportive program services on-site in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with residents and staff to facilitate a smooth operation of programs during their assigned hours. Responsibilities include managing phone systems, responding to resident crises, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. A high school diploma and a minimum of two years in a recovery environment are required.
