Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting preferred
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse clinical environments and teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on the Medical-Surgical unit
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
