Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Joplin, Missouri. This role involves providing perioperative patient care in a busy surgical unit within a well-established facility. The RN will utilize the nursing process to ensure patient safety, care coordination, and confidentiality while adhering to professional standards and organizational values.

Job Details

• Schedule: Evenings shift, 10-hour shift times, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; 2+ years of experience in Operating Room
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical patients; familiarity with Stryker equipment and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (EPIC)
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The RN will perform responsibilities related to the nursing process, ensuring delivery of quality patient care, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and working in coordination with other departments. Scrub color is supplied in ceiling blue, with no unacceptable attire specified.
