About the Role
The Company is in search of a President for one of its nationally recognized hospitals. The successful candidate will be a senior executive leader, providing strategic, operational, financial, and cultural leadership. This role is pivotal in advancing the company's mission, vision, and values, and ensuring exceptional clinical quality, patient experience, operational performance, and team member engagement. The President will be responsible for aligning hospital operations with the company's enterprise strategy, leading continuous improvement, and establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Partnership with service line leaders, physicians, nurses, and community stakeholders is essential to advance healthcare delivery in the region. Applicants must have a Master's degree in healthcare or business administration, with a minimum of 10 years' progressive healthcare leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading hospital operations, driving quality, patient experience, and financial results. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, resource utilization, and facility management, as well as serving as the primary ambassador for the hospital in the local community. The role also involves governance, regulatory, and compliance leadership, and the candidate should be adept at leading through influence within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
