Fulfillment AssociateAdcraft is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team.This is a hands-on position for someone who likes to stay busy, works with a sense of urgency, and takes pride in getting things done correctly. Our Fulfillment Department is responsible for making sure completed customer orders are accurately checked, organized, packed, shipped, received, and moved through our facility efficiently.We're looking for someone who can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy.What You'll DoCheck completed orders for accuracy before they leave our facilityCount, sort, organize, fold, bag, box, and prepare customer ordersPack and prepare orders for UPS, FedEx, freight, local delivery, and customer pickupCreate shipping labels and process outgoing shipmentsReceive incoming shipments and verify quantities and productsOrganize incoming merchandise and route it to the appropriate department or production areaHelp maintain accurate inventory and product locationsStage completed orders for shipping, delivery, or customer pickupKeep fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and storage areas clean and organizedHelp load, unload, and move boxes and merchandise throughout the facilityIdentify discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, or other potential problems before they become customer issuesCommunicate clearly with sales, production, purchasing, and other departments when questions or problems ariseJump in where needed to help the team meet deadlinesWho We're Looking ForThe right person for this position:Has a strong sense of urgency and naturally works at a good paceIs extremely detail-orientedTakes pride in doing things correctly the first timeCan stay organized while handling multiple orders and prioritiesNotices when something doesn't look right and asks questionsDoesn't wait around to be told what to do nextIs dependable and shows up ready to workWorks well independently and as part of a teamIs comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can changeUnderstands that both speed and accuracy matterIs willing to learn new systems and processesTakes ownership of their work from start to finishPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable:Being on your feet for much of the workdayRegularly walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carryingMoving boxes and merchandise throughout the facilitySafely lifting approximately 40–50 lbs. when neededPrevious experience in fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory, distribution, production, or a similar environment is helpful, but it isn't required. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.Adcraft is a family-owned custom apparel and branded merchandise company that has been serving organizations since 1974.
