Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital & Luxury Pet Resort is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Frederick, MD.

You’ll play an important role in the lives of pets and their families by delivering exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. Your impact will range from warmly greeting clients and coordinating appointments to supporting hospital operations, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient and guest.

Your Experience & Skills

· Minimum 2 years Client/Customer Service experience required

· Previous Veterinary experience strongly preferred

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Possesses a positive work attitude

· Self-motivated

· Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $17 – $19 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
