Become part of our team.Job DescriptionRole SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead our local IT operations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT service support, project management, and business relationship management. The IT Manager will play a critical role in maintaining high-performing helpdesk services, driving IT strategy, and ensuring compliance with security and licensing standards.Main TasksSteering and managing IT systems software, hardware and databasesManaging the analysis, development and administration of data and voice networks as well as data processing operationsManaging broad technical knowledge and experience across a variety of IT areas, including infrastructure, development, operations and quality assuranceSteering the support for end user technology and softwareOverseeing the conduction of cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projectsSkills RequirementsKnowledge of commonly used concepts, operations, practices, and procedures within IT Service Desk operationsAbility to work independently as well as team player in an international environmentFamiliar with risk management / escalation management, and managing deadlinesKnowledge of IT related laws10% Travel Domestically100% on-site at our Allen Plant (Gastonia, NC)No sponsorhsip is offered for this role. Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or 5 years of IT Manager experience in lieu of a degree.
