Responsibilities Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service. Process transactions and assist customers with financial needs. Introduce solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals. Gain hands-on banking experience, and complete banker certification, with opportunities for advancement. Process transactions accurately and support the branch operational integrity and compliance with policies and regulations. Participate in the Banker Roadmap program, completing training milestones and certification requirements. Educate customers on digital banking options and demonstrate tools that enhance their banking experience. Promote bank offerings and engage prospective customers through community and in-store outreach.
