Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Compensation & Schedule Location: Harrisonville, MO Schedule: Part-Time Hours: 20 Hours per week- 11am-2pm (During the Summer) 15 Hours per week- Afternoon Schedule (Once school Begins) Pay Rate: $22 – $26 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Qualifications Requirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Fluent in both English and Spanish 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion Valid CPR and First aid certificate High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Ability to successfully pass a background check Preferred: Previous ABA therapy experience Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Some college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field Apply Today!
