Senior Preconstruction Manager

Senior Preconstruction Manager position inthe San Francisco Bay Area We are a large regional mechanical contractor working on large commercial, medical, and public works hvac/plumbing projects. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a great salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Work with Engineering, Estimating other groups and clients at beginning of projects Build and improve our client-relationshipson current and upcoming projects Review projects, estimates and look for areas value-engineering ideas, and any areas we should address in early phases of the project life-cycle Requirements: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering PE License LEED AP Certification 10+ years of mid- or large- commercial construction experience Experience working on Design/Build and Plan-Spec projects Familiar with CA HVAC and Plumbing Codes as well as ASHRAE, ASPE, and OSHPD standards Great at presenting to clients Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, among other BIM software applications Local #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC
