Seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 16-week contract working primarily day shifts. The role requires delivering high-quality imaging services using Siemens equipment and adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot CT imaging equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images.
- Ensure patient positioning and prepping are performed according to protocol.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with infection control standards.
- Document procedures accurately and complete all required paperwork.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to facility policies, including no call-in procedures, and maintain a professional environment.
- Hold ARRT (CT) certification and Florida license.
- Possess at least 3 years of recent CT technologist experience, specifically with Siemens systems.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of CT procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to pass EKG and pharmacy tests during orientation (maximum of 2 attempts per test).
- Provide two references from direct supervisors or unit managers.
- Develop expertise with advanced Siemens CT technology and industry best practices.
