Job Description \n HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Charleston, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Med Surg \n Discipline: RN \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Unit Specifics: \n \n Number of Beds : 30 (when opened fully in March/April). Currently at 18 withrenovations in process. \n Patient Ratios : 6-7:1 \n Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Team nursing approach with techs on the unit, US on day shift and we strive to have a free Charge Nurse to support the team. \n Type of equipment : regular for Med Surg \n Documentation system: Meditech \n Scheduling requirements: must work 4 weekend shifts every 4-week scheduling period \n Floating policy: would be required to float to like units as the needs dictate \n Patient Experience requirements: Must perform hourly safety rounds and perform bedside shift report with the patient \n \n Hospital Specifics- \n \n Certifications: BLS & NIH Stroke Scale \n \n About HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA\n \n At HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, healthcare is not just about the four walls of a facility but about the people who provide and receive care.
