Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Technician

Shift, Schedule, and Pay:

• $30-35/hr
• 1st Shift
• 5am to 1:30pm
• Monday to Friday
• 3rd Shift
• 9pm-5:30am
• Sunday to Thursday
• Overtime as needed

Job Duties:

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of a urethane molding production lines
• Repairs generally consist of replacing parts instead of tearing down and rebuilding
• Cleaning and checking equipment to ensure lines are ready to start
• Mechanical components worked on consist of:
• Pumps
• Valves
• Motors
• Electrical components worked on consist of:
• 24v to 480v 3phase
• Switches, encoders, indicators, sensors, temperature controls
• Understand power supplies, transformers, step down, and control voltages
• Operate machines through Allen Bradley HMIs
• Track all maintenance, down time, parts, repairs in Plex ERP (computer literacy)

Equipment:

• Urethane molding lines
• Tanks, pumps, motors, plumbing systems
• Robots: Fanuc, Nachi, Yaskawa
• Plex
• Allen Bradley PLCs HMI

Work Environment:

• Well lit
• Climate controlled

Must Have Experience:

• 3-5 years of 24V-480V in a manufacturing setting
• Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Computer literacy
• Provide your own steel toed boots
• Provide your own hand tools and toolbox

Nice To Have Experience:

• Understanding of how to control robots (not programming or troubleshooting)
• Welding, cutting, grinding
• Plumbing experience
• Operating or licensed on ACE lifts
• Experience in injection molding/extruding

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
