You will serve as an important connection between customers, vendors, and internal departments, helping ensure orders are handled accurately and questions are addressed promptly. You will assist with a variety of customer inquiries, including product information, pricing, assembly questions, and order status. Success in this role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. #### Key Responsibilities - Deliver excellent customer service: Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally, providing helpful information and working toward effective resolutions. - Process orders accurately: Enter, update, and cancel orders and customer information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. - Maintain detailed records: Document customer interactions, call notes, and issue resolutions in the appropriate customer service systems. - Support customers and vendors: Communicate with vendors and customers regarding order processing, order assistance, and related questions. - Research and resolve issues: Investigate order discrepancies, data entry errors, and other concerns to determine the appropriate solution. - Support multiple brands and accounts: Learn the products, processes, and requirements associated with different brands, vendors, and customer accounts. - Communicate effectively: Maintain professional phone, email, and written communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers. - Use technology and business systems: Work regularly with Microsoft Office, email, web-based tools, and department-specific software to manage daily responsibilities. - Contribute to team success: Collaborate with coworkers, share ideas, and participate in continuous improvement efforts that enhance service and efficiency. - Assist across departments: Provide support to other teams as needed, including assisting with vendor sales related to on-site display models. #### Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED.
