$52k- $63k On-Site | Dayton,OH Position Summary of HR Recruiter The HR Recruiter manages recruiting and onboarding, primarily for production and shipping roles. The HR Recruiter partners with hiring managers, operations leadership, and temporary staffing agencies to efficiently move candidates through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Recruiting — 60%: Review resumes through ADP, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter; work with temp agencies; conduct phone screens; refer qualified candidates to the hiring manager and coordinate onsite or Teams interviews. Onboarding — 30%: Coordinate new-hire onboarding, paperwork, documentation, and related requirements. Administrative Support — 10%: Maintain recruiting and employee records and assist with general HR administrative tasks. Requirements Recruiting experience Onboarding experience Experience with new-hire paperwork and documentation Strong communication and organizational skills Nice To Have ADP and/or payroll experience Manufacturing, production, shipping, or hourly recruiting experience Experience working with temporary staffing agencies HR Recruiter Success Profile The ideal HR Recruiter is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple candidates while working closely with both candidates and operations leadership.
